Sneak Peek - Leslie + Kenny!

I HEART Dahlias- so when bride Leslie told me she wanted to incorporate them (specifically, Black Dahlias) into her wedding bouquet, I was on cloud nine!  Here are some of the preview photos of her bridal bouquet!!

Leslie's fall bouquet included Black Dahlias, Purple Dahlias, Echinacea Pods, Fern Curls, Bronze Button Mums and Orange Kangaroo Paw.

The Bridesmaids carried similar bouquets but I also added some Butterfly Weed (those little star shaped flower clusters- aren't they cute?) at the last minute.

The Groom wore a Succulent boutonniere that was accented with a "rusty' leaf, Kangaroo Paw and a Fern Curl.  The ushers wore White Calla Lilies with a Fern Curl and Dahlia bud.

This is a preview of their a-mazing reception space at Ambient Plus Studio!  I call it "urban chic."  The centerpieces included White Spider Mums, Lunaria, Curly Willow and White Dendrobiums.

A green button mum was placed at each place setting.

My husband and I just spent 8 glorious days in Maui.  Wow, what a paradise!  Aside from sipping mai-tai's on the beach, I had the pleasure of visiting a few local flower farms.  What a treat to see these tropical flowers growing in their natural habitat!

Meredith & Brandon Sneak Peak! April 24, 2010

We brought the sunshine indoors with Meredith's colorful flowers on Saturday!  Meredith & Brandon's wedding was held at Greystone inside Piedmont Park.  Dahlias, Ranunculus and Tulips oh my!  Hello, Spring!  Meredith and Brandon, it was a pleasure getting to know you both and and such FUN working on your garden-inspired wedding!  Best wishes!

Centerpieces of mini green hydrangea, curly willow, bells of ireland, ranunculus, orange parrot tulips, gerbera daisies, green fuji mums and dahlias in a wooden box wrapped with burlap ribbon.

The bride and grooms' monogram "B" fashioned out of moss and flowers.  The lovely curly willow arbor adorned with orange mokara orchids, mini green hydrangea, yellow football mums, green spider mums, orange milva roses, purple cezanne roses and bells of ireland!

A beautiful day in Greenville, SC greeted us for Kristen and Kris' March nuptials!  The cherry trees and tulips were blooming.   Happy Spring!  Kristen and Kris had their ceremony at Mary's at Falls Cottage and reception at The Lazy Goat.  Kristen chose stunning jewel tones to compliment her Moroccan-inspired wedding!  Turquoise, fuchsia and lime green abounded.  Out-of-this-world photos by my friends Alea and Kim with Alea Moore Photography!!

Kristen's bouquet of purple tulips, green cymbidium orchids, burgundy anemone, burgundy ranunculus, green hypericum berries and of course...peacock feathers!

Pink, Fuschia and Lime Green Pomanders hung in their wedding ceremony arch. FUN!

The large table reception centerpieces were tall turquoise vases filled with gold curly willow sticks,  peacock feathers, bombay dendrobium orchids, and green fuji spider mums, surrounded by pink rose petals.
